Can I Transfer My Child To Another Wave Time?
You can transfer your child to another wave time by logging into your account at eventelf.com and selecting “Events” at the top. Select your child’s event and click “Change Activity”. You can then pick the wave time you’d like them to join. The wave time must be open to transfer into it. Please note there will be a $5 fee incurred for all wave changes.
Can I Transfer My Child’s Registration To Another Participant?
Transfers can be made through your account at eventelf.com by clicking on your child’s event, choosing “Registration,” then selecting “Transfer” from the drop down menu. This will allow you to transfer your child’s registration via email to the new participant. There is a $5 fee for transfers.
How Can A Duplicate Registration Charge Be Adjusted?
If when checking out you received a notice that we were unable to process your payment, it’s possible the transaction was declined due to failed address verification.
When this happens, your bank may still authorize the charge and therefore show in your bank account, but know that in this case the charge will not settle and should clear within a few business days.

Can I Transfer My Child’s Registration To Another Event?
Per our registration policy, we do not allow transfers between events. However, you are welcome to transfer your child’s registration to another participant who has not signed up. (See above for Transfer instructions)
Can I Get A Refund?
Unfortunately the Krazy Kids Inflatable Fun Run does not issue refunds under any circumstances. However, you are welcome to transfer your child’s registration to another participant who has not signed up. (See above for Transfer instructions)
