Is There An Age/Height Requirement To Participate?
The age range for children to participate in the Krazy Kids Inflatable Fun Run is 3 to 12 years old, and we REQUIRE all runners to be a minimum of 36″ tall on event day.
Do You Offer A Military Discount?
Yes, we offer military families $3 off their order. When registering for an event, you can enter the military discount code USA3 in the ‘Promo Code’ box at checkout.
Can I Purchase A Registration For my Child At The Event?
Absolutely. You can purchase your child’s day-of registration at the Registration tent onsite.
Day-of registrations will be limited to open waves and All Access Passes, and can be purchased with a credit card. No cash will be accepted.
How Can A Duplicate Registration Charge Be Adjusted?
If when checking out you received a notice that we were unable to process your payment, it’s possible the transaction was declined due to failed address verification.
When this happens, your bank may still authorize the charge and therefore show in your bank account, but know that in this case the charge will not settle and should clear within a few business days.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you still have questions regarding duplicate charges.
How Do I Confirm My Child’s Start Time?
You can verify your child’s start time by visiting eventelf.com and selecting your child’s event listed at the top of the page. From there, you will see all information regarding their registration.
What Is Included With Registration?
Your child’s registration includes a souvenir bib number, wristband with corresponding start time, Krazy Kids participant t-shirt and an awesome Krazy Kids medal.
What Is The All Access Pass?
The All Access Pass allows runners to participate in any start time, even if the wave time is closed. It allows your child to run the obstacle course multiple times and includes a $15 merchandise credit on event day only. All Access Pass runners cannot start the course in between waves, or after the last wave has been sent off.
Where Is Packet Pickup?
Packet pick-up will be available on race day, and in some markets, on Friday at sponsored locations.
On event day, we start packet pick-up one hour prior to the start time of the first wave of the day. Your packet will include your child’s souvenir race bib with their wave time (needed to enter the starting line corral).
Krazy Kids t-shirts can be picked up at the Shirt Shop, next to registration, before or after the race.
What Does My Child Get At Packet Pickup?
Your child will receive their participants’ souvenir bib as well as their shirt.

Can I Pick Up Another Child’s Packet?
Absolutely! You will just need their ticket barcode in order for us to scan it in.
Do I Have To Pick Up My Child’s Packet The Night Before?
No. While some of our events offer packet pick-up location on Friday night, some don’t. We will always have registration open on Saturday morning for picking up your child’s packet.
What Fees Am I Paying For?
You may notice that your order total is higher than expected. The price we list is the Registration Fee, but there is also a small race insurance fee ($2.50) and a 10% credit card processing fee directly from our ticketing site. Depending on your state, there may be a small state tax as well.
What Is Race Insurance?
Race insurance is a mandatory fee that covers catastrophic events, such as cancelled events due to weather and unforeseen circumstances out of our control. Race insurance does not cover runner refunds.
Can I Rent Your Inflatables?
Unfortunately our inflatables are not available for rent. However, we encourage you to come out to one of our previously scheduled races!
